I ised a bright pink backing topped with a heart swirl vellum, and I cut the edges with fancy scissors.

I cut out and layered the design with foam pads and edged that with the pink backing. Added a cream and gold ribbon.

Then a wedding sentiment and gold love hearts each corner of the ribbon
