PRINTED THIS ON WHITE CARD STOCK I CUT ALL THE PIECES OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOPAUGE. I CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT THIS DESIGN. THEN I GLUED A PIECE OF SCRAPBOOK PAPER ON IT FOR THE BACKGROUND. THEN I GLUED THE DECOUPAGE ON TOP OF THAT.
I MATTED IT WITH TEAL METALLIC PAPER. I USED MANY DIFFERENT GRADES AND BRANDS OF GLITTER.
