I made a base card from an A4 sheet of white hemp card folded in half to make an A5 card.I printed the cup sheet onto glossy photo paper then cut out and assembled using large foam pads.

I layered this onto a piece of green checked card and silver mirri card leaving a narrow border. I layered a strip of white satin ribbon 15cm wide and a strip of green check ribbon 5cm wide and attached to the front of the card about half way down the card.

I cut a slit in the spine of the card to thread the ribbon through and stuck on the reverse side of the front of the card with double sided tape.

The topper was attached to the card about 15 cm from the spine with double sided tape and a double bow of green check ribbon and narrow white satin ribbon was tied around the ribbon on the card.

To finish I added a silver Happy Birthday peel off at an angle to the top corner.
