I decoupaged the image and mounted it onto silver miri-card. I added a panel of heart paper to a blue card, defining it by adding a silver peel off border at each side of it.

I stuck the decoupaged image onto this diagonally.

I completed the look by adding a sentiment and blue crystal in the top right hand corner.
