Water Lilies with Tassels

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto yellow fleck paper, then onto white card. I used silicone for the layers and finished of with a yellow insert.

I printed onto glossy photo paper then cut out,I added the base design to yellow card then added the decoupage with thin foam pads and added the completed topper to a green easel card,I added yellow card to the base and finished with green cord and a greeting makes a lovely finished card .
