I love the star shape decoupage....very clever and makes such a wonderful statement!

I printed the file on photo paper before cutting out the elements. I created the 3-D effect using foam pieces. I matted the piece on orange cardstock, although many other colors could have been used due to all the colors in the file.

I enjoyed completing this QUICK and EASY card which turns out to look SPECTACULAR.
