For this sheet, I chose to place it on an 8 x 8 scalloped edge card base - so I adjusted the printer settings to print it smaller to fit the centre of the card.

I then took a matching pearlescent federation green cardstock triangle scrap and mounted it onto the card in the LH corner, leaving a strip wide enough to line up with the first scallop - so I could add a green and gold ribbon down the spine.

I then adhered the base topper with DST and added the decourpage items with foam tape and the "Thankyou So Much" sentiment tag.

Just a gold peel-off to the bottom RH corner and it was finished.
