I printed onto smooth white card,then cut out I matted a blank card with a co-ordinating pink card then added the base design,I then mounted the decoupage with thin foam pads,To complete I added a silk border to the side with gold cord around the spine and tied in a bow ,and gemstones around the topper.A lovely design suited to any occasion.
