I used 2 sheets of black A5 card, scored about 1 & 1/2 inches from left to use as a fold.

Then that same part was stuck to the base, giving a landscape card. I matted some music backing paper onto red leather effect paper and adhered to the card.

A matching narrow strip was adhered to the fold and a red bow with diamante added to that. The main image was put onto red paper with the rest stacked on top. The sentiment was matted onto same red paper and added. I used a corner punch on all corners.
