I placed the base image onto a white A5 card which I had punched a decorative border on using d/s tape and then added the remaining pieces using foam pads. I then added some lilac crystal gems to the corners and the bow. I placed a gold peeloff "With Love" sentiment onto the hearts and some black diamond shaped crystal gems on the corners. If you wish to have a personal message printed onto the insert, then please contact me with your details, otherwise the card will be sold as seen and the insert will read "With Love & Best Wishes".){kind=link}
