Print and cut out images. Ink edges with coordinating ink pad or marker for a finished look. Apply largest image to card stock with runner adhesive. Apply other image layers with foam tape cut into small pieces for 3D effect.

Add sentiment sticker to matching card stock, then using foam tape cut into small pieces, apply it to a slightly larger contrasting card stock.

Apply below images with double sided tape. Add organza ribbon beneath image.
