Floral Delight PyramageCompleted by Gwyneth George
OccasionThe sheet was printed onto super smooth white card and the layers cut out. I chose to make up the card using a DL, tent fold, white card.
I also desided to only use very other layer of the pyramage to keep the profile of the card low for going through the post.
I measured the largest layer diagonaly and made up a couple of layers mats with two straight edges and two ripple edges, one lyer 1.5cm larger than the pyramage and the other 2.5cm larger than the pyramage.
I stuck these on top of each other in the bottom right corner of the card, tucking the right edge of the ribbon element under before sticking down.
The ribbon element was stuck accross the left side and trimmed. The blank greetings pannel was also stuck to a piece of card with two ripple edges.
The bottom layer of the pyramid was stuck directly to the mats and then three layers were built up using 1mm deep double sided foam tape.
This is a pyramage that lends itself to lots of different sizes of cards and makes a lovely card for many occasions, which is why I've left the greetings pannel empty for the moment as I hven't decided who will recieve it yet.
