The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I created a DL card using peach silk art card. I mounted the topper onto a piece of brown textured card and tied a gold organza ribbon to the bottom.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used the same brown card and a peel off to finish.
