The sheet was printed onto Super Smooth decoupage card and the layers cut out. I took some strips of sticky back glitter film and stuck them around the border on the base layer. I prepared a card some half a centimeter larger than the base layer and then stuck the base layer directly to the card front. I then built up the layers, sticking them in place using 1mm deep, double sided, foam tape.

I used a Sakura Clear Stardust pen to go around and highlight the petals of the yellow flowers.
