I printed the sheet onto Super Smooth white card and cut out the circle pyramid layers. I decided to only use 4 layers for this card to keep the final depth of the card low for posting.

I prepared an A5 cream card by attaching a panel if tetured, irridescent cream paper. I attached the main image layer directly to this and then attached the other layers I'd chosen using 1mm deep double sided foam tape.

I took another piece of the backing paper and folded it, consertina style and added some dots along the top.

I attached this to the right hand side of the card using double sided tape so that it lies partly across the side of the doctor image like hospital curtains.

As it is only attached on one side it can be folded back flat for putting in an envelope for posting.

I finished off with a peel-off greeting in the bottom left corner.
