I folded an A4 white card in half and the front section in half again to make an easel card.I covered the front half of the card with blue glitter card.

The decoupage was printed onto gloss photo paper and assembled.

I attached this to some silver mirri board and scalloped the edge on a rotary cutter (you could use scissors) This was attached to the blue glitter card section.

The Happy Birthday message was attached to some silver mirri board and attached to the base of the card with sticky pads.
