The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a light blue silk art card as my base.

I used a piece of A5 backing paper which I cut into strips, I stuck them to the card to the length I wanted them and then I scolled the strips to different lengths to look like wallpaper.

I mounted the base image onto a piece of blue mirri card and layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a few of the greetings and the tag to finish.
