The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue glittered A6 card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings mounted onto the same silver mirri card. I sprayed the card front with glitter spray to finish.
