I took a cram A5 card blank, cut out a piece of blue mirriboard and adhered to the front leaving a small border.

I printed the images onto photocard, cut them out and layered up sing silicone gel.

I placed the image to the left leaving a gap on the right to put a number peeloff and rub-ons which were highlighted with a glue pen and glittered.
