The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a white silk art card as my base. I mounted a piece of red pearlesent card onto silver mirri to match the flowers. I wrapped some silver ribbon around opposing corners.

I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto silver mirri card. I layered up the decoupage with 1mm foam pads.
