Print image onto good quality gloss paper. Decoupage image onto base layer. Add small amount red glitter where liked.Matt image onto silver shaped and embossed card. Usng "With Love" sentiment matt and layer on to red, then siver card. Add small image to top right corner of sentiment and attach to bottom of card in the middle.

Add small glittered rose to top left corner of mage.
