Ladies Fan on Flower Abstract Background, Oval PyramidsCompleted by Susan Rapin

This card was layered with black and teal CS. Each layer of the fan was raised with small pop dots, along with the rose. The greeting was stamped using Pacific Point blue ink. Glitter glue was then applied to accent the butterflies. A lovely card to be sure.
