The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a black foil card cut to DL as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of green silk art card and gold mirri card, and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I mounted a greeting from my stash onto a piece of gold mirri card and used a piece of green organza ribbon to decorate.
