With this design I first printed it out onto photo paper, then after cutting out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a green C5 card, I then added a black and gold wavy border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish my card, I made u the design, this I did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a terrific birthday design which was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning once done
