The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a hammer finish pearlesent turquoise card as my base. I used a piece of blue retro effect backing paper on the top section of the card. I used a thin length of silver mirri along the edge.

I mounted my base image onto a piece of silver mirri card. I used 1mm foam pads for the rest of the decoupage. I mounted one of the greetings and the 18 today onto card and fixed them onto the card to finish.
