The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a brown card as my base. I offset a panel of gold mirri and happy birthday text paper. I mounted the base layer of the decoupage onto gold mirri card.

I layered up the decoupage with 1mm foam pads. I used one of the greetings supplied to finish.
