The sheet was printed onto a gloss finish photo paper. I used a light blue A5 silk art card blank as my base. I used a piece of blue/yellow paint distessed backing paper and attached at an angle.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of blue card and placed on top of the backing paper. I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used one of the sentiments mounted onto the same backing paper. I used Union Jack ribbon, card candy and a pina colada embellishment to decorate.
