Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all the pieces (nice and easy as there are no fiddly bits) I attached the main image to a C5 card using DST. I applied the other layers using 2mm foam pads and added a gold 'Best Wishes' peel off down the side.

This is a lovely card suitable for lots of occasions and so quick and easy to make.
