The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of black card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads and attached to front of card at an angle.

I used my dymo labeller to create the greetings to decorate.
