Mother Warms My Heart - PyramidCompleted by Darlene Handorff

I used this pattern to create a Mothers Day card. I wanted more room for creativity and so I ended up using the portion of the pattern with just the mother and her child.

Using a plum colored card stock I attached the backing paper Oriental Backing cup71764_526 which was printed onto plain white paper.

I printed the Mother Warms My Heart images onto a glossy photo paper and cut the images that I was going to use here.

I used a purple foam and attached these images in pyramid style to this dimensional foam, with layers of more purple dimensional foam.

I added gemstones to the mother's hair and gave her an earring also. Before attaching this to the card I used a paper doily to form a wrap with a bow around the Mother and child and attached all to the front of the card.

I will be adding a Mother's Day greeting.

This pattern has very lovely soft colors and the images are nice to work with.
