I matted the main image onto gold mirri, then built up the pyramage with 3d pads. I covered the front of a white square card with a musical paper (cup189390_500) and edged with gold peeloffs.

I attached a strip of treble clef backing paper (121914_572) onto gold mirri, then attached to the left side of my card and the pyramage to the right side.
