Blue Floral Butterfly Pyramid SheetCompleted by Mary Trueman
OccasionEasel Card
I used this pretty blue pyramid topper to make an easel card, First I took a piece of A4 card stock and cut it in half long ways. I then folded it in half, then the top section folded again making a quarter fold this made the easel shape. I printed the topper onto 250 white card stock and assembled the pyramid, then mounted the topper onto a plain card which I had attached a little glitter paper and trimmed with straight line peel off. Using a paper punch I made a strip for the card rest by punching both side of the piece of narrow card and made a fold down the centre using two sided sticky tape on one side of the lace strip position this half way up the base of the easel, then realized that were the cut lace was attached it was sticky because the tape was showing though so I used a little glitter to seal it and repeated it to match on the edge of the easel with on strip of tape to the edge of the card where it would tuck into the card lace and glittered that. The lower part topper I placed two sided sticky tape in two line only on the lower portion this ensured that it only attached itself to the section of quarter fold, placed the topper on the card making sure that the upper edge of the topper matched the half way fold on the card on. When the main part of the card was completed I then decorated the exposed part of the base with the same lighter blue card as I had used for the card rest, I decorated this with ribbon a little more peel off and the sentiment from the sheet.
