Look After My HeartCompleted by Eunice Roberts

I chose a red swirly paper for the backing paper and stuck it on to card stock. I then stuck on the base card and assembled the decoupage. I added a "Happy Aniversary" message on to the tag provided and placed it under the decoupage.
