The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a white square card as my base. I created a panel using silver mirri card and a birthday text paper. I wrapped some cord around the panel to decorate.

I mounted the base layer onto a piece of silver mirri card. I used 1mm foam pads to layer up the rest of the decoupage.
