Football Well Done!Completed by Craft Box Designs

I printed onto glossy photo paper, cut out the layers and stuck them onto a 6" square cream hammered card using large foam pads.

I substituted the "Well Done" sentiment with the "Happy Birthday" one and finished off by using 6 black sticky dots.
