The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue scalloped square card blank as my base. I mat and layered the base image onto blue card and silver mirri card. I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a gem and card candy to decorate and sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
