I chose a pale orange backing paper for this card and stuck it on to card stock. I printed and cut out this file and stuck the base card on to the card. I assembled the decoupage and added the "Happy Retirement" sticker at the bottom centre.
I made two cards, one with all the layers on and one with 4 square layers on it.
