Printed onto gloss photo paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach the Topper to an A5 scalloped edge card. Used foam pads to build up, decoupage. I used gold glitter on the flames. I put a crystal in middle of Bow.

A very pretty design and easy to make up.
