I created a red card blank slightly larger than the base image and then secured this with double sided tape.
I made up the teardrop sections using gel glue and added the "happy birthday" tag also with gel glue.
To complete the card I added some glossy accents to the "brads" on the tag and a yellow satin ribbon bow.
