The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a black card as my base. I used a piece of black dotty paper which I tore and inked. I used a strip of holographic silver card and tied a dotty ribbon to it.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of corrogated card, inked around the edge, and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used the same corrogated card inked around the edge with one of the sentiments. I used peel off corners to finish.
