Polar Bear Love Topper with Scalloped PyramageCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet on to photo paper, and cut all the elements out. I mounted the base image onto black card, and then onto a 15cm x 15cm card blank.

I attached the layers with 1mm foam pads, and the tied two bows from red ribbon, and attached them to the top of the card.
