Printed onto high quality glossy photo paper.All pieces were carefully cut out, the decoupage built up and adhered between each layer using 3D foam pads.I chose piller box red hq cardstock as my background colour for this design and then completed the piece by adding some red outlines around the design border and to the hearts.
