The Artist Easel PyramidCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed this lovely artist's easel design onto 160 gsm paper, printing an extra copy to decoupage the pitcher, paint palette and vase of flowers.

I covered a square 8x8 card blank with beige and white dotted card.

I attached the base image to a wine coloured card prepared with punched edges down both sides and matted to a degraded pink and beige paper with the same punched edging.

This I added to the card blank with foam tape, towards the fold. I layered the pyramid with thin foam and added the extra decoupage with glue gel.

I prepared 2 personalised sentiments in Spanish, matted them to wine card, cut round, punched a hole and added gold thread and punched mini pearl flowers with tiny red pearls.

These I added with foam and glue gel. I printed and made a 96 circle, embellished this, the paint palette and other details with glossy and attached the age with a foam pad.

I added a cream insert also with punched edges and layered on wine coloured paper.

A perfect design, that I enjoyed making up as a special card for an artist's 96th Birthday.
