The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a purple card as my base. I mat and layered gold foil and black foil card and attached at an angle.

I mounted the topper onto a piece of textured purple foil card and offset it on top of the other pieces.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used the sentiment provided and the border both mounted onto gold mirri card. I used my dymo labeller to decorate.
