The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used an embossed finish black card as my base. I used a blue checked piece of backing paper decorated with blue brads to the corners. I mounted the base image to a piece of silver mirri card.

I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used one of the gretings supplied mounted onto the same silver mirri card. I used a star brad and tassle to emulate the tassle on the hat to finish.
