The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a green hammer finish card as my base. I created a panel using gold mirri card and a sheet of champagne bottles from a cd.

I attached some gold satin ribbon to this panel and attached it to the card. I mounted the base image onto the same gold mirri card and layered up the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings supplied mounted onto the same gold mirri card.

I used crystal Stickles on the bubbles and card candy in the 2 main colours to finish.
