I printed and cut out the elements of the design and decoupaged the picture using foam pads. i then covered an A5 card blank with brown backing paper.

I selected some flowers and added them to the corners of the picture panel using brads before mounting the whole panel to the card blank.

Finally i added the two greetings panels using foam pads.
