Printed on good quality glossy photo paper. I attached a smaller size of silver dot card to an 8 x 8 card with double sided tape, then attached the decoupage only to the card having built it up with sticky pads.

I then attached two angel hair paper doves, some silver ribbon and surrounded the inner card with strung silver beads - all with double sided tape.
