Printed on good quality card paper cut out and layered the elements with foam sticky pads I trimmed the edges with gold peel off and added the Happy Birthday Granddaughter caption
I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with silver mirror card. Mounted the topper on to my card. Layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms and glitter. A sentiment can be added if required. A gorgeous, cute design.
