This is a very cute card to a special friend - it is also very quick to make.

I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces. For a little bit of difference I used Dimensional Magic on the balloon to add depth and texture. I also used 2mm foam at the top of the balloon and 1mm foam closer to the string so that it looked like the string was attached.

The bows have a tiny piece of 1mm foam under them. They are very easy to fussy cut but they are not all identical so match them carefully to the ones on the base design.

I added my 'Friend' tag on 2mm foam and my card was done!
